Description

Well, as some of you know, I am in dental school now. This leaves next to no time for casual art. Anything I do during the school year has been related to school, mostly study aid diagrams and anatomical sketches. One new thing I am learning is now to sculpt teeth in wax. Seeing as I have a practical exam next week over waxing, my last art thing of the year was practicing the tooth. Good-bye 2014, you were good to me. Here's to more great things in 2015.

Eek! I've always been a bit terrified of dentists, maybe because I had all sorts of braces and things when I was younger and had to visit an orthodontist all the time... But I'm sure you'll be better than my dentist when I was a kid - when working with my braces, he never bothered to explain what he was going to do next. A bit terrifying for a 10-year-old!

Anyway, horror stories from childhood aside, that's a nice-looking tooth you've got there.
